1. General Terms & Acceptance

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one active account on the bdt22w platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bdt22w reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending a full investigation.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all duplicate accounts and associated bonuses voided.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds — including welcome bonus funds and any other credited promotional amounts — are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account; any unmet wagering obligation and associated bonus balance will expire at the end of this period.

• Bets placed on sports markets with odds lower than 1.5 do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and speciality game activity on the bdt22w platform is governed by the rules set out below in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

6.4 Casino & RNG Games

• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any other illegal financial activity
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bdt22w staff or other players

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bdt22w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's payment provider
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy
• Any other circumstance that bdt22w reasonably determines poses a legal, financial, or reputational risk to the platform

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your bdt22w account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any unmet bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by bdt22w — all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at closure.
